Meadows were a place of freedom during childhood.  My siblings and I explored meadows along fields, woods & creeks near our farm.   Currently living in Calgary, I am intrigued by the wildness, tangle and texture of meadows in coulee & prairie, foothills, as well as ranch and alpine country.  Alberta’s golden light illuminates wildflower and foliage, creating “meadow mosiacs”.
